This policy explains what data Emirates AI, operated by Emirates Ai, collects and how it is used.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your email address and your encrypted password, and the Hotmart purchase reference used to create your account.
• Activity and balance data: credits, reversals and withdrawals recorded in your account history.
• Payout details: the PayPal email or GCash number you enter when you request a withdrawal.
• Technical data: your IP address, which we pass to our survey and offer partners to prevent fraud, and server logs.

2. How we use it

To create and secure your account, record your activity, pay your withdrawals, prevent fraud and abuse, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who receives it

• Hotmart, which processes your purchase and tells us when it is confirmed, refunded or charged back.
• Our hosting and database providers (Vercel and Supabase) and our email delivery provider, which process data on our behalf.
• Survey and offer partners, which receive your account identifier and IP address when you open an activity, and which have their own privacy policies.
• PayPal or GCash, which receive your payout details to send your payment.

4. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Partner activities shown inside the app may set their own cookies.

5. Retention

We keep account and balance records for as long as your account exists and as needed to resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Balance records are not edited or deleted after the fact, so that every amount can be traced.

6. Your rights

Under applicable data protection laws, including the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing. Some records may have to be kept for legal or fraud-prevention reasons. Contact us using the details below.

7. Children

The service is for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
