1. About the service

Emirates AI is a web platform operated by Emirates Ai. After you purchase access, you can complete short activities offered by third-party partners, such as surveys and offers, and receive a share of what those partners pay for your activity.

2. Access and your account

• Access is purchased through Hotmart. Your account is created after the purchase is confirmed, and an invitation is sent to the email used in the purchase.
• You must be at least 18 years old. One account per person; accounts cannot be shared or sold.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the information you provide.

3. How earnings work

• Earnings come from activities offered by our partners. We record a credit only after the partner confirms your activity.
• Earnings are variable. They depend on the activities available in your country, whether you qualify for them, and what our partners pay. Many users are screened out of some activities.
• We do not guarantee any income. The price you paid for access is not an investment, does not generate returns, and you may not earn back what you paid.

4. Pending period and reversals

New credits stay pending for 7 days and then become available. Partners may cancel or reverse an activity. When that happens, we reverse the matching credit in your account.

5. Withdrawals

• You can request a withdrawal of your available balance once it reaches the minimum amount shown on the withdrawal page.
• Payments are made through PayPal or GCash. You are responsible for entering a correct account; your payment provider may charge its own fees.
• We pay withdrawal requests within 7 business days. Requests may be reviewed before payment.

6. Fair use

Do not create multiple accounts, use bots or automation, give false answers, or try to manipulate activities or credits. If we find this, we may block your account and cancel credits obtained or reversed because of it.

7. Refunds and chargebacks

Refunds follow Hotmart's policy and guarantee period. If your purchase is refunded or charged back, your account is blocked and any pending withdrawal request is put under manual review.

8. Availability and changes

Activities depend on our partners and may not always be available. We may change, suspend or end the service, and we may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for the availability, content or payments of third-party partners.
